Free weekly HSK1 preparation sessions 7th June to 19th July 2025

The Online Confucius Institute at The Open University is delighted to offer our learners free weekly preparation classes for the HSK1 exam starting from 7th June 2025.

Running for 7 weeks between 7th June and 19th July 2025 with our Distance Teacher of Chinese LI Jiayi, the free weekly sessions will be held each Saturday on Zoom.  They are designed for learners who have some basic knowledge of Mandarin Chinese. Sessions will focus on listening, reading, and speaking, while also building familiarity with the HSK 1 exam format.

Sessions will take place every Saturday from 12:00 to 13:00 (British Summer Time).

Places are limited – first come, first served. To sign up to a session, please register on this form.  The Zoom link will be provided upon registration. 

Please note you do not have to attend all 7 sessions and can select as many or as few as you like.
